I was hunting last night and I think the rut is in it's first stage in my area. I saw a small 4pt. chase a doe for 20min. driving her nuts!! Next week the "big" boys should be out looking for a girlfriend... :yahoo:

Yes Jack, They have been rutting up here for over a week in my area. Sounds about right for yours.
