Well about a month ago I got myself a nice old pair of dye I3 pro' I was lucky enough to snag them for 80 bucks like a week after they came out. I haven’t looked back since this is the best mask I have ever used, yes better than profilers, better than vents, the just clean up the competition and with stock feature's like the amber lense, and the cool flex (Dupont material) soft ears and not to mention the ability to add a game timer, fan, and about 20 different color/shade lenses make this the true mask for processionals and rec-players alike. The duel density foam feels like angels are hugging you face and the woven rubber strap stops curling and adds strength to holding the mask on your head. Ever had trouble breathing or yelling in your mask? Well the vent design on these mask's seem to actually throw your voice further than any other mask out there and not restrict your breathing like the vents do (which is good for me because I am fat biggrin.gif ) I just cannot find a bad thing to say about this mask buy a pair you'll love um.

is it like other dye masks and you have to fight it for 30min before you get the lense in and out?

Yeah they do have the annoying tab system but at least they cant come out llike other lense's can my freind didn't latch his events lenses on all they way and the fell out as he slid into the snake. Not good. Anyways there is a trick to it and you use water to slide it all back togeter. The more you take them apart the faster you become at it. Personally I take my lense out after every day of game play. I store them like that and then on the next day I got out to play I choose witch lense I am gonna use and put it in.

I tried Derek's on at work yesterday Andrew. It feels WAY heavier than the proflex. can't see quite as much either. Good review though.

yeah i wore rob's the one day, and it was pretty heavy as far as a mask goes, i dont much like the look of them either... and same, i'll stick with my proflex and avatar... also your friend that had his lense pop out, he must be perma-fried smoking.gif , you have to turn the tab 1/4 up and have it line up almost perfect to get the inserts out, not to mention the force of the strap around your head shouldnt even allow for the tabs to move.
