Yeah its retarted. A lot of the time we get games before america and get games that america does not, but recently we seem to be the last place in the world to get the new games.

OK well the game seems ok so far, although im not sure if i like this new battle system, in fact it seems pretty fucking gay so far but maybe il like it more as i get used to it.
