You may submit any levels or campaigns that you write. I will review and post them, and after the contest ends (April 10th, 2004) I will select some of the levels and campaigns to include in the final game. You can either create your own premise, or you can create a campaign for one of the countries that can be played in Tapestry. To submit levels upload them here. (You still can e-mail them to Jon, but it's easier just to upload the levels here)
How to upload the levels 1. Change the extension from .xml to a .txt file. 2. After clicking Add Reply in the "File Attachments" part browse and select the level you want to upload. 3. Don't forget to say something about the map. 4. Then click add reply You're map is then posted in this post. *Note It's okay to Double Post in this Post, as long as it's to post 2 different maps Posting a picture with your level would be nice TO DOWNLOAD You must save it as an .xml fire |

Basically you have a bunch of XBowman, the enemy has to come through 2 tree's, and try and kill you.

Review by the contest administrator:
Both maps are very good, as a result of their simplicity. To improve them, they could use unique backgrounds or some other touch like that. Also, there are some bugs with crossfire, but that is because of bugs with the game AI and not with the actual level. Good job, Derek! Cheers, Jon |
