In Shapwick and Wedmore we've been looking at ways of encouraging and supporting more people to install renewable energy systems. So TASS and WGG are endeavouring to arrange group installations thereby getting a "very competitive price" for each household. I have attached a paper that has been sent to many people who attended the Green Fair in March and the more recent Renewable Energy meeting in July in Shapwick. In association with this we did put together 6 basic factsheets on Biomass, Ground Source Heat Pumps, Micro-Hydro Power, Solar Photovoltaics, Solar Thermal and Wind Turbines. You may well have seen these already but, if not, and you would like any of them please let me know.

I am sending on the attachment to see if anyone would like to come in on the scheme with us. Please feel free to send it on to anyone who might be interested or use it to kick start your own scheme.
