Hello and welcome to Strange Angels. This is a non-canon, and semi-inspired storyline based on the USA network series, the 4400. We only use some bits of the storyline from the show, other's are manipulated to fit our own little paraphram, but if you want to look up the show, or have not seen it, it's best you do so. Because, the little bits we do are crucial pieces. However, most of which you can find HERE.
Now, as I said before, Welcome to Strange Angels. Here at SA, we're striving to make our world a better place if you will. We want you to feel welcomed the moment you open the tab and automatically see the register button. EVERYONE is welcome in this storyline, and no one will be turned away, unless you absolutely refuse to comply with the rules. That being said, be sure you read over everything in the Welcome Forum. There are a lot of helpful topics that will explain how things work here in the storyline.
Now, as a promise to you. I, the admin, will also promise not to be overbearing like most. I know some will make you feel like you're in the army. with "do this now" or "your character needs to post in such and such time." I will never do that to you. I know how things get, and if I see you've been away for a while, i'll just check in to see what is going on. (which is why I ask for your IM and Email, in the application.) I also want to say thanks to you, for taking the time to actually think about joining my creation. It's like a home to me and it wouldn't be standing without wonderful people to play in it.
