Actors for the TV series?

Okay, I thought it was best to get cracking with some threads in the main section on what we would like to see and what we reckon will be happening. So in the movie we've got Paul McGillion and Rachel Luttrell playing the main characters. Do you think its likely the show will follow that theme? What new actors do you think they might or could introduce to the various roles?

Me personally, it seems unlikely that Paul and Rachel would carry on with their roles if those were written into the series by David.

Paul said as much on an inteview, that he hadn't heard anything from david about reprising the role of Colt, but also said that he wouldn't be against playing him again if he was asked to star on the series. Maybe we should bug david into getting Paul on the show!!!!

I'd absolutely love to see Paul & Rachel on Starcrossed!! And Kate for that matter...But so far there hasn't been much to suggest any of them will be in it. I suppose the show has to actually get commisioned before they can go casting it though!

aparently sci-fi have read through the script and are in the process of commisioning david to fil the pilot when he has time. he talks about it in a q+a session for 'a dog's breakfast'. the link to the clip is in the episode section of the forum if ya want a look.

I dunno I guess I would like to see some Atlantis connected lesser known actors in there as well.... Chuck Campbell springs to mind. I'd like to see, if the show does get comissioned some of the others reprise their roles but I just dont think its likely.

aww chuck was sooo funny and cute at p2. he was so surprised at the amount of people who were lined up to have their picture taken with him. me and my friend were one of the first to have one taken with him and he commented on it to me and was really shocked at the length of the queue and the cheers he got when entering the room. i so hope he comes to another convention. who would you want him to play? one of the leads? it would be kinda cool if he did, then we could see a different side of him than we get on atlantis. (a person with more than 3 lines to say!!!!)

Chuck would be cool - lol, I could probably get into a very long list of people I'd love to see in it (and I have to admit, PM would be top of that list!!) but I won't I'd quite like to see some people in it who are completely unknown as far as SG goes.

I would love to see Paul and Rachel in it, but yes I agree it's unlikely. I don't think Rachel would have the time with her SGA commitments, but then again I know nothing about the industry to guess at that anyway.

i higly doubt they will be on it, but nothing harmful comes from wishing!!lol!
