About the Underdeveloped Planet Preservation Pact (UP3)

A treaty aimed at protecting planets with civilizations that are not yet fully developed.

Secondary Contact - Contact where the natives are not made aware of the fact that someone from a developed planet is present.


Planet Classifications

Underdeveloped Planet - An Underdeveloped planet is one where no contact with that planet's civilization is allowed whatsoever as it is still developing at its own pace and must not be disturbed in any way.

Monitored Planet - A Monitored planet is a planet usually within the Earth based time periods of Feudal and Medieval ages. They are free to visit, but visitors must follow the concept of the Secondary Contact.

Developed Planet - A Developed planet is a highly advanced technological planet and is free to travel to by any visitors.


*Note*
Emergency situations where lives are at stake is an exception for travelling to an Underdeveloped Planet.

However you must do so by secondary contact.

Getting from a planet to another

Ok well as the traveller you are meant to be here is some simple guidelines to get to a planet.
First of all you must start out by being on a Developed Planet that is advanced enough to produce ships. You may own a spaceship and set sail through the universal ocean Hence Star Ocean. BUT if you start out on an underdeveloped planet you might aswell wait for someone from a developed one to land or even crash land so you may leave with them (if they are willing to take you that is)
Secondly you must follow the guidlines above of the developed and undeveloped planets.
