There are many places to hide within the world of Predia, yet none would be safer, than the pit upon where the lunatic Xavier lives. Hidden from all sight. Only one who has been told could ever find such man. Who is Xavier? Xavier believes he is the one, the gene-seed which forged the Predian race, since his paranoid dislusions, he remains alone, not concerning himself with the affairs of Predia.

And what does he do while he lives in his own confidenment... He makes himself better through the power of the machine, metal through bone, toxins through organs. Driven insane by his own desires, passing down some of his somewhat sucessful projects to his clients.

...And if he should ask you to follow him to the cellars... Run!

-Visual Enhancements-

Visual Enhancements as Xavier would call them, each one replaces one or two of the eyes that the user possesses, remember once you have got rid of both. You cannot have your (full) natural vision returned to you, so remember to add this detail when it comes to posting. All Visual Enhancements score 5 CP.


Name: VE4-TS56
Description: Visual Enhancement 4, Tracking System 56, it is circular in design, it seems to have a dark metallic purple shine to it. Thanks to the enhancements that Xavier has made with neural technogy, TS56 beats its predecessors, for it is the first to run off the electricity conducted in the brain, instead of a battery, which as you can imagine it a rather complicated process when one of your eyes suddenly turns off. Opps, did I not tell you? You shall have to lose an eye for it.
Advantages: As the name may suggest, this enhancement is a tracking system, the eye picks up the world in thermal vision, and is built in with a clever tracking system. The tracking system, does not only show the location of others through objects which would block ordinary vision. It also provides the user with the ability to predict the movements that shall occur over a period of time. That means greater accuracy.
Disadvantages: The neural technology does have some side-affects, of course if this is your first enhancement, it may cause some neural damage at first, as the brain starts to get used to the fact that it is not the only organ in the body which has "thoughts." and will have to understand the signals that the enhancement sends.
Other than that, some distortion may occur (head-aches) if the product is over-used, which can trigger blood to leak from the enhancement, although the blood is minor and should eventually stop over time, as the blood naturally clots itself around the wound (Or so Xavier says)
Notes: 8,000 XP. Like all of Xavier's enhancements, he shall never remove a working enhancement once it has been given, from there the user must merely endure the gift, or die. Yet if it is damaged beyond all repair, then he shall give you another one (So long as they pay). (Any natural eyes that need to be removed shall not be handed back to the purchaser once he has cared to purchase the product) (Xavier has no problem with exchanging enchancements).

Name: VE10-TP119
Description: Visual Enchancement 10, Thought Projector 119. 119 proto-types, and only one has ever been really claimed to be without any harmful flaws. Once again, this shall cost you an eye yet this one shall be somewhat bulker than the previous enhancement, as the wires are much thicker, it requires the wires to be threaded through the facial flesh, and a hole to be dug into the brain, as it manually connects the wires. The eye projects a cone of light, which can project a 3D image of the user's thoughts, for everyone around to see.
Advantages: Oddly enough, this is a tool which many bounty-hunters use, perhaps even everyone if they had the courage to step into the pits of Xavier, it is a good method of communication, as it can replay memories, or a plan which the user has. Generally anything.
Disadvantages: The neural technology does have some side-affects, of course if this is your first enhancement, it may cause some neural damage at first, as the brain starts to get used to the fact that it is not the only organ in the body which has "thoughts." and will have to understand the signals that the enhancement sends.

Name: VE24-NEx2-Z4
Description: Visual Enchancement 24, Natural Eye x2, Zoom 4. As the rampant complaints from unsatisified customers continued, Xavier found himself over-come with distractions, stopping him from advancing as the prime gene-seed of Predia. It is through this he finally gave his foolish customers the opporunity to lose their eye enhancements (somewhat).
Advantages: For anyone who wishes to return to somewhat of a normal state after having an eye enhancement, then this is likely the only deal you shall get. Yet as you can imagine, Xavier did not simply create an enhancement which was similar to normal vision, instead he had to add some form of advancement. The eye can have the ability to zoom in to see from further distances (While sarcrificing shorter distances).
Disadvantages: Xavier never cared much for this enhancement, for it was merely not worth his time, he gave the eye the natural white look, yet he could never get the pupil to any color but white, so the user shall be left with a white eye afterwards. The enhancement also does not follow the direction of the natural eye, which means the users eyes can sometimes split into different directions entirely.

Name: VE1-IP56
Description: Visual Enchancement 1, Indepent Prowler. Sometimes refered to as the "eyePerv", due to some of its more shady uses. This enhancement may look rather odd when it is not been placed in the socket. The eye comes in two pieces, the first is the part called the "Cognition" which is fitted at the back of the socket, and the other part called the "Prowler" which is connected to the "Cognition" part. Through "Cognotised" thought, the prowler can be commanded to free itself from where it is connected, and it can seemingly fly, while the user can see from it's scope. The "Prowler" part much like the VE4-TS56 is shaded a dark metallic purple, with a red scope within the centor. The VE1-IP56 see's the world normally, cannot see through any other vision (eg, thermal, etc.)
Advantages: The eye-prowler is another useful tool which can be used by practically everyone. Assassins to bounty hunters. It is most likely useful when it comes to recon, or looking around corners... While the "Prower" is connected to the "Cognition" section it will function like a normal eye.
Disadvantages: The neural technology does have some side-affects, of course if this is your first enhancement, it may cause some neural damage at first, as the brain starts to get used to the fact that it is not the only organ in the body which has "thoughts." and will have to understand the signals that the enhancement sends.

The prowlers mysterious engines do have a limit to how much it can fly, it can only fly upto up the roof, of a one-story building before the force of gravity becomes too much, the eye has a distance as well, before a signal can no longer be maintained between the user and the enhancement. It is about the equivalent of a home standard WiFi system.

Name: VE3-LS07
Description: Visual Enchancement 3, Lazer Socket 07. This is not the most advanced version of the VE3-LS07, but without a doubt, this one is likely the most popular version of this enhancement. When Xavier started to sarcfice the practical use of his hands, he needed a tool which could cut for him, so he brought about the creation of a Lazer eye enhancement which would provide him with all of his desection needs. Some would ask, why would be replace one of his eyes with such a tool? And the obvious answer would most likely be, what pychotic evil scientist wouldn't!?
Advantages: The work which Xavier performs, uses both metal and flesh, that is why the lazer has been finely tuned to cut through both (Dependant on the type & thickness of metal, and the thickness of the flesh), of course the lazer only can only last a small period of time, but for how evil cool this enhancement makes you look, it is well worth any money.
Disadvantages: The neural technology does have some side-affects, of course if this is your first enhancement, it may cause some neural damage at first, as the brain starts to get used to the fact that it is not the only organ in the body which has "thoughts." and will have to understand the signals that the enhancement sends.

The Lazer only lasts for (In IC time) 1 minute alone before it needs rebuild it's energy (Which means unless your posts only represent 30 seconds (Of IC time), then this the lazer enhancement should not strech over two posts. So long as 1 minute has past in IC time, then it may be used again (Use responsibly).

Stipulations:This lazer cannot cut through walls. This lazer is not an ideal way to remove a dress, due to the fact it will piece flesh and the dress quite easily. This lazer is not intended to be effective against Reaper armour. There is a very small chance that the lazer shall hit the eyes of another Predian. The range of this lazer is quite limited, which means it will only damage things at very close-range (Close-combat), and if you do purchase two VE3-LS07's, and you have no other form of visual enhancement (or natural eye) then you will be unable to visually see.

-Brain Enhancements-

Of course as time progressed, the human inside of Xavier started to die, as he started to fall deeper into mechanical madness. He started to hate the weakness of his own mind, not to mention the memories he would sooner leave within the darkness. It is with this that he enhanced his own mind to the machine. As he sacrified his deepest memories, for the taste of effeciency. All Brain enhancements score 10 CP.

Read this first! When purchasing a brain enhanment, it cannot be undone, which means the alterations made to the face cannot be undone. In order to make room for the brain enhancement, Xavier has to tamper with the section which concerns itself with the memory, from there he to extract the youngest memories and adds the brain enhancement (By young memories it means the first ten years of the life). The enhancement already contains all the lessons learned at childhood, such as the ability to talk, etc. To personalise the enhancement, through looking through the "Brain Augments".


Name: BE01
Description: Brain Enhancement 01. In comparison to the eye-enhancements, this enhancement is much greater in size, and to have one added is a great risk indeed. The process is not easy, and requires accuracy which only the machine could posess, for this enhancement requires the removal of the right side of human mind, and skull, and then the enhancement is created to replace it, a mass of metal. The flesh of the face is severly mutated, as the flesh has been forged to be bound the twisted metal.
Advantages: The BE01 is for anyone who wishes to take a serious step towards truly breaking the bounds of mere mortality, to become something extra. With the BE01 it may no longer forget particular things. The memories stored are no longer vulnerable to psychics. The BE01 also provides the user the opporunity to expand his knowlede with augments. The BE01 is somewhat resistant to thunder attacks, and magnetic pulses, but Xavier would recommend that you do not spend too much time around either them.
Disadvantages: The two parts of the mind may take some time to get used to each other, yet eventually the leftside shall start to mistake the BE01 as being the right organic side that once used to be there. Other than that, the mind takes a great loss. Childhood memories, thoughts of the mother and father, or any family are taken away with the right side of the brain, leaving only a blank in the memory. Of course this enhancement only removes the first ten years of memory, but for great power requires great sarcfice. Another disadvantage is that this is not built to be sutible, niether is a true professional who is leading the operation, leaving the character severally mutated in appearence.
Notes: 7,000 XP. This enhancement cannot be removed, if damaged, results may be dire. (May be altered to become a BE-Ex02)(The character shall have to pay the full price for the BE-Ex02 (He/she does not recieve a reduction because he/she already has a BE01)

Name: BE-Ex02
Description: Brain Enhancement, Exodus, 02. Why Xavier cared to call this enhancement "Exodus" is generally unknown, perhaps its his own way to celebrate his own knowledge of electronic and biology. The inspiration behind his enhancement came out, when Xavier no longer had developed too many useful eye-enhancements, through removing more of his biological self, he found himself being able to have more room to bring more enhancements to himself.
Advantages: All of the advantages of the BE01, yet through removing more of the human skull, it only gives more room for robotic enhancements.
Disadvantages: The same disadvantages as the BE01, yet one added extra, due to the additional weight brought onto the skull, it can affect the balance of the user, not to mention their over-all agility. It is likely best employeed by those who do not have much of a requirement to move quickly, or at all.
Notes: 10,000 XP. This enhancement cannot be removed, if damaged, results may be dire. (It cannot be replaced as of yet)(You shall have to sarcifice an eye for this enhancment, Xavier is willing to take away any aguement that is already connected to the eye-socket, and refit it to the BE-Ex02).

-Brain Augments-

Customisation of knowledge, another concept spawned by the mad man known as Xavier. The biological mind serves no more purpose, than to act as a link between the organic organs, and the metallic perversions embedded within the body. When he first began his work with the BE series, his primary intention was to have it possess a knowledge base of everything. Fortunately his intentions proved too much for the machine to handle. Brain augments score 15 CP.

Instead he created a new way to know everything, through developing additional devices known as Augments, these augments could serve many purposes. All of which served the power of the machine.

Note, for this type of augment to be useful, you must first possess one of the "Brain Enhancements", the limit of Augment Slots, is the limit on how many you can use at one given time, but you may purchase any Augments that you want. How your character changes between augments I shall leave that for you to decide. Xavier has no protocols when he goes into theater, so you can fill any of the gaps of detail which I have left.


Name: BA05-NCI03
Description: Brain Augment 05, Neural Computer Interaction 03. When Xavier finally given away the power to use his arms to the machine, he created several different ways to improvise by the machines power. He developed a lazer-eye to cut, he forged other robotics as his servants to assist him. None allowed him to work with any computerized devices. Due to this, he forged the BA05-NCI03. This granted him the ability to interact with computers without even being able to see the view-screen, his very thoughts drove the machine to serve him in whatever way he so demanded, breaking the security of any network.
Advantages: Although I can imagine computers are likely not the most involved tool here in Predia, your character may make good use of them. The BA05-NCI03 can break through most minor networks (Non-Military) without even focusing on interacting with the system. From there he may know all of which the computer knows, see whatever the computer sees through any security cameras, etc.
Disadvantages: No, you can not use this device to hack anyone else who has a brain enhancement, that would be cheating, this device does not work so well against military computer systems (Unless you are extrodinarly desperate).
