Sakura was wandering around the halls of the Dorms. Why? Well simple relaly, she had nothing better to do!

She wasn't sure where her big brother got to, so she couldn't play with him. And it was boring just sitting in what was 'their room'. They two pups have always lived here, or at least, far as they could remember.

Little did either of them know their 'mother' had given them to the wolffiends, to free himself, but that was something the pups didn't know.

Sakura skipped as she hummed, a happy little tune she had heard from somewhere within the halls. Maybe it was from the Radio the medical staff liked to listen to while working, or she heard it in the training rooms from the speakers playing music during 'open hours'.

Wherever she heard it, she had picked it up, She didn't know what it was called, or the actual words, but she loved the little tune...

Minato had been watching various fiends practice their different battle skills. It would be a lie to say that the young boy wasn't awed by the displays he had witnessed. His only regret was that he was too young himself to actually participate in the practice spars. But soon... soon he'd be old enough! Then he could protect his sister and help the fiends with their duties.

He had since abandoned watching the adults and had set back off towards the bedroom he shared with his sister. Upon entering, he quickly noticed that she wasn't there. Blinking cerulean blue eyes, he turned back out in the hall way and began his search for his younger twin.

What was a young boy such as Minato doing in the fiend headquarts? Simple really. He and his sister had been abandoned by their mother. The fiends had taken them in, raising them. It was a simple enough answer that when he had asked his minders that he hadn't questioned them. Obviously his parents didn't want him and Sakura. If he knew that his 'Mother' willingly gave them up to protect himself... Well, Minato wouldn't think to highly of him.

Yup, Minato knew his mother was male. How that was possible, he wasn't entirely sure. Last he knew, the females were supposed to give birth. Not the males.

He turned the corner and stopped, seeing his sister walking in his direction, humming a tune. Where she had picked it up from, he wasn't sure. "Sakura!" he called out to her, a small smile on his face.

Sakura looked up and smiled warmly seeing him, "Big Brother!" she stated happily and practically skipped over to him. "What were you doing big brother? When I woke up you were gone!" she pouted slightly.. She had laid down for a while for a nap, and when she got back her big brother was gone, poor, vanished! And she had gotten quite bored without him around!

Minato smiled lightly as his sister cam skipping up to him. He laughed lightly, rubbing the back of his head. "Well, I tried to nap as well... but.. it didn't work out. I wasn't tired. So I went and watched some of the adults practice their fighting and shooting. I'll be old enough soon that I can start to practice!" he said, pride in his voice. He wanted to be of real use to his care takers, and the only way to do that was to help them bring in wolves. "What are you gonna do when your old enough?" he asked her.

Sakura blinked, "Ohh" she stated softly, but smiled, why her brother was so excited to get old to train was beyond her, but if her brother was happy, she was to! Her brother asked a question, she didn't know how to answer, she blinked a few times.. "I really don't know" she stated, frowning now.. She didn't know what she'd be good at..

He grinned at his sister, his smile reaching his eyes and covering practically his entire face. While he was anxious to help prove his worth among the fiends, he also wanted to get stronger to protect his sister. She was the only family Minato had, and he loved her with every fiber of his being. He tilted his head slightly. "You... don't know yet?" he asked. He then thought, holding his chin with his right hand and grasping the elbow with his left. "Well.... you can go out on the field... it's dangerous though... or you could be a medic... or work in the offices I guess." he said. In all honesty, Minato wanted her somewhere safe... like the offices or Med Rooms.

Sakura watched her brother, and she giggled softly, he always looked silly when he was thinking, but in the end it was her brother and she still loved him to death! "I Wanna work with you brother" she stated, grinning again. She wanted to work with her big brother!

He frowned slightly at her answer. He didn't want her to work in the same part of te fiends as him because well... It was dangerous! What if she got hurt or worse! But ultimately it was her decision. "You do realize it's gonna be very dangerous, right? Your gonna be out there facing other wolves and they're not gonna go easy on you jut because your a girl." he said.

Sakura frowned, "I can do it to!" She figured he was trying to be one of those 'macho man' that didn't think little women shouldn't do that kind of stuff.. She'd show him! "They wont have to take it easy on me! I'll have to take it easy on them!" she grumped out slightly, but soon she smiled again, "Oh brother! Guess what's for lunch today!" she giggled.

Minato blinked, looking at his sister. A small smile appeared on his face as he looked at her. Well, she had spunk. But he'd still worry about her! "Alright, alright. I'm just saying because I don't want you to get hurt." he said, putting his hands up in the defensive position and smiling lighty. He blinked, looking at her confusedly. "What's for lunch?" he asked her.

Sakura giggled, "Oh c'mon big brother, guess! Its one of your favorites!"

Minato thought for a bit, his face scrunting up as he did so. "Umm, let's see what do I like.... Ramen, Grilled Cheese, Mac and Cheese... Chicken strips, Grilled Chicken... Mashed Potatoes..." he started to trail off, naming different foods he liked.

Sakura giggled more as her brother started to just list off his favorites, "Okay brother! I'll tell you!" she giggled out, smiling warmly, "We're having Grilled Chicken and Mashed Potatoes!" She grinned lightly.. She wasn't sure what else, she tuned out after hearing that part, and knew she had to tell her brother!

Minato's face lit up brightly at that. "Really?! What time is it?" he asked, quickly looking around for a clock. They were having two of his favorite foods!!

Sakura giggled, But smiled, "It was 11:30 last I checked" she stated gently, smiling as she rocked on the balls of her feet, her hands clasped behind her.

He smiled at her. If that was true... and she was looking for him for a while, then it had to be lunch time! He reached out, grabbing her hand before pulling her slightly in the direction of the cafeteria. "Come on! let's get some food!" he said, suddenly ravinish with the thought of chicken and mashed potatoes...

Sakrua giggled and turned some so her arm wasn't twisted oddly, and she moved beside, yet about a step behind her older brother, she laughed softly, "Okay big brother!"

He slowed his steps down slightly, although he still was power walking a bit. "What do you want to do after we're done eating Sakura?" he asked her, tilting his head slightly to look behind himself, blond locks falling into his cerulean blue eyes.

Sakura smiled, catching up with her brother, to walk bside him, "Can we go outside and play in the yard?"

He nodded his head slightly. "We'll have to wait ten minutes after we eat and let our food settle." he said. He was out to protect his sister from anything and everything. Including tummy aches! "Well, may twenty... depending on how much I eat." he said. He was a growing boy, and was eating more and more lately.

Sakura blinked, but nodded, "Oh, okay" She frowned, 20!?" she squeaked, 10 was long enough! "But Big Brother!"

He blinked, looking at her; a small frown appearing on his features. "But what? If we don't allow time for our food to settle then we'll end up having tummy aches. Then we won't be able to play at all!" he said to her.

Sakura pouted, "But I dont wanna have to wait that long brother!"

Minato frowned slightly. So, he had to figure out a way now that he could eat to his hearts content... but not hold back playing longer than necessary. "Well, you don't have to wait as long as I do... You don't eat as much. But I'd have to wait.." he said. He smiled, slamming his right fist into his left palm. "How about this; We can toss a ball around until my stomach's settled and then we can run around and have fun. Sound good?" he asked.

Sakura eventually gave a nod, at least she'd get to play catch with her brother until they could run around! "Okay big brother!" she smiled happily, starting to hum softly as she bascially skipped along side of her brother.

He smiled lightly. He then moved towards the doors leading to the cafeteria and opened them, holding them open for his sister.

Sakura smiled, "Thanks big brother!" she skipped through the door, but stopped once inside and waited for her big brother.
