I usually go to the older forum version of bww2. The links aren't in order so it's hard to find stuff but they usually have what i'm looking for if I dig through the threads lol.

First of all: here's a lit of sites that are useful for finding jmusic:

But the only flaw is that you have to search through them to find the artist

I like goldlilys media gallery to download things... there's a battalion for scanlations but also one for asian music... it's not THAT much at the moment but it's getting more and more ^-^
