TrailerHas anyone else seen this? I had my doubts at the beginning because the dialogue is cheesy, but it gets a lot better towards the middle and you stop caring about how cliche it is. The lead is great. And hot.
The ending was kind of iffy, but it had some great moments.
Contrary to what the trailer suggests, there aren't really any proper sex scenes in it though. They mostly just show facial reactions and the contact is implied.
The trailer seems interesting, I'm gonna try to watch it to give my opinion!
But on the issue of the sex scenes, while everyone here (probably) would like to see more intense action, maybe that's where the line between a "regular" movie and a "porn" movie is. I don't know much about this, so I could be immensely wrong, but perhaps a porn movie would be directed to a smaller audience compared to a regular one, when maybe on this movie they wanted to put hot scenes to gain audience, but also wanted a larger recognition.
On the other hand, I would very much like to see a porn movie with a complex plot, that escapes any labels and brings new quality to film-making. Being a huge fan of movies, and being aw-struck at the ability that it has to transport you to another reality, I see that the porn industry has shut-in in itself by just doing what it has always done, and not extending their potential to be better.
Most porn I've watched lack of more "believable" stories, actors and actions, so it could get a bit "boring" (aside the times when they have no "plot" at all, so it doesn't even count). Is it the budget? (If it is, then I should stop complaining since I've never once bought one, but mostly because my existence would cease to be if I was caught with one in "real life". Judge me, I'm not ready to deal with it yet and accept the social consequences XD)
