Yes! Eric Kripke (creator) and main characters (Jensen Ackles & Jared Padalecki) know about fandom and slash (fanfiction, fanvideos...) and sometimes playing with that in some dialogues and scenes ^^

Ok, changing the subject, plot of the series is about two brothers that devoted their lives travelling around the country fighting against supernatural beings;

Main characters:

Dean Winchester (my favourite): older brother; he likes women, cars, eat hamburguers, drink and fight

Sam Winchester: younger brother; he left university for help his brother

(fics about them called Wincest "Winchester+Incest")

Castiel: an agel very special (and sooo cute)

(Castiel + Dean have their fandom too XDD)

I watched few episodes, didn't think it was that good. Bad acting and all. Storyline seems to be ok though. Love the main 2 guys though. Totally hot.

Sam/Jared lover forever and ever xDDD... when i was at school (about ... the 1st seasson XD) i used to watch this serie because my bff was (until now) a crazy fan of Supernatural ~ but now ... idk , i know that is a very very awesome program but ... ): i'm very lazy for those things xD

I just ... have read some fanfics of them :) and i tried to watch the 1st chap of the anime. :')

I had mixed feelings at first, but it gets more and more addictive with each season.

I'm not crazy about Sam, but Dean and Castiel... :wub:

They film part of this series right in town here in Vancouver, I've never seen them filming anything, but I know they do. It's like sci-fi central up here.

I do remember that this one show that I used to like called Due South, actor Paul Gross (very good looking) used to know about all the slash fanfic and even read some of it about him online...too funny. He said he liked it :) I think they played it up on the show a bit too.
