Ahau River Ahau is by far the largest and swiftest water source on the whole of the island, its size making it almost Amazonian in proportion. Unfortunately this majestic river holds many dangers, its waters home to some of the most deadly reptiles and fish in, not only the island, but the world. So while river crossings are inevitable, be careful, for there’s always something bigger and badder lurking in the depths, eager for a quick meal. Here you aren’t necessarily at the top of the food chain.

The Jungles Welcome to the jungle! Here, there is no absence of the green, wet, or humid. The ground is soggy with the daily rainfall, and everywhere you look, there are thick vines, huge trees, drippy leaves and hungry eyes awaiting your one false move. Don't worry about that last part, though. You are built perfect for the constant climbing over or squeezing under of things, and if you don't mind getting your fur a little wet and dirty, you'll be fine.

Cocijo Falls Far downriver the Ahau comes to a bend, the left continuing to flow as usual, the right making a sudden drop downwards – Cocijo Falls. These stunning and majestic Falls are among on the most beautiful features on the whole of the island, their imposing roar awe-inspiring. Many flock to this region to view its splendor, eager to see nature in all of its terrifying glory.

Naumian Wetlands While no area within the jungle territory’s borders are particularly dry, these wetlands far exceed any others. Here the constant rainfall has forced the river to swell, in turn causing the water level to increase until the point that the river banks can no longer hold it back. With nowhere to go but out, the waters flood forth, consuming all in its path; in some places the depth is great enough to bury the lower portions of trees, and in others is merely enough to cover ankles. The wetlands are unpredictable and dangerous to those who are careless; tread lightly.
