Oceana City
Oceana city is larger than Aqua city, thou it’s still rather small.
There isn’t much here, Oceana city has no gym but has a fabulous training center.

Neptune city
Neptune city is the biggest city in Luso Island and it’s the first town that has a gym.

Arada City
A small looking town and the only thing that matters here is the gym.

Route 011 & 012
These are water routes, where trainers have to go back to Neptune city to catch a boat, if they decide to use a Pokémon to swim to the next island they have to pass through these two routes.
