Okay, Shane is already playing Collins on Wednesday, the start of Week #3, and as no one has challenged me yet I thought I would challenge... Joe!

After three games in the row against bashy teams my Humans need a casualty-light game, which means of the three remaining free teams, Chris' Orcs are out. And I'd rather face only one ST5 guy (Joe's Rat-Ogre) then two (Geoff's two Mummies). ;)

So Joe, can you play on Wednesday, around 6pm?

I had pseudo challenged Geoff for either Sunday or Tuesday and didn't hear back. Let me see if Tuesday is a god for him or not.

If not, then I'm fine with playing against you again =)

EDIT - Also, 630 works better for me.

I'm looking for a game Wednesday night. Collins is gunning for my Orcs, but I would rather play against one of the three folks I haven't played before replaying anyone.

Actually, it looks like it might be either you playing me, Chris (if Joe ends up playing Geoff on Wednesday) or you versus Geoff (if Joe ends up playing me instead). :) Collins is scheduled to play Shane, I believe.

I'll be playing Fantasy tonight with any luck, since Grail Quest is this weekend (oh god so many plastic mans to assemble by then) but I will play whoever on Wednesday.

Okay, so as Collins and Shane have already arranged earlier on to play against each other, and Chris doesn't want to play me (as he played me last week), I suggest we go with:

Chris' Orcs versus Geoff's Undead; and
Joe's Skaven versus Stuart's Humans.

That way Chris gets to play someone new, Joe and I can play a non-bashy game, and everyone's happy. :)

I'm good with this arrangement.

6:30 pm tomorrow, then, Joe? I believe you get 120,000 gp in Inducements (I'm currently at 1,320,000 gp for my team, and I'm guessing your team is at around 1,200,000 gp with the recent acquisition of a Rat-Ogre), which isn't bad. Not enough to buy a Wizard, but you could still get two Bloodweiser Babes (2+ recovery from knockouts - nice! ;)), or another Team Re-Roll, or a cheap Star Player. Personally, I'd go with the two Babes (Skaven do need all the help they can get to stay on the pitch, especially when you only have 11 players) but Fezglitch could be fun... :)

I'm going to try and shoot for around 6 Stuart, but I may be a little late.

I do get 120,000 in inducements. I'm gonna grab a babe and a misc mayhem card if we're allowing those.

I could be at the store as early as 5:00. I wouldn't mind playing two games tonight if anyone else wants a second (assuming there's time).

6:30's fine, Joe - I remember you said that was your preferred time. I'm going to get there early, simply because it's easier for me. But I can wait, read, shoot the breeze, annoy other people. Plenty for me to do. :) Oh, and so long as there's another Coach there I can also do the draw for the cup too.

Cards are fine, although you're limited to five max (not that it matters tonight). We used to play with unlimited but found that got a little silly. I think Shane took 13 one night in a game against me! :)

The cards really are a mixed bag. Some are great and undercosted, some are useless and overcosted. It depends on your luck, the team you're playing, and your opponent.

If no one else volunteers, Chris, I'll be more than happy to play twice, but it depends on how quick my first game with Joe is. If we can get done by 8, we may be able to squeeze a quick game in - although we'd have to play with the 4-min rule in effect just to keep things moving.

I'm all for moving quick, but after 2 games I'm not quite sure I'm ready to be pressured with a 4 min turn.
