NCWarhammer

Hey guys,

I haven't been around in quite some time after my first child, but my brother-in-law has moved into town and has a hankering to grow the Warhammer community in NC! I think it's a great idea and would like a nice site for the various regions personally as I think travelling for tourneys and such would be much easier.

Anyhow, I know we have tried this before and hopefully this time it will stick with some hard work and participation from the likes of you all. Feel free to sign up and get started posting-away.

Hopefully I can get Matt (usually goes by Midloo) to post here to give you guys more information soon.

The site waxes and wanes based on the major events going on in the state. A number of people in Charlotte use this site or the Yahoo list. To be safe, I use both.

Hey I have an idea. Let's go over there to NCWarhammer and discuss the issue. In fact lets encourage our friends to go over there and do the same. That is the idea after all.

This is a new site Groz... or maybe I am misunderstanding you?

Ahh I see what you are talking about now in warnc.com. Same concept I suppose. Just need to get everyone on the same page ;)

I will have to admit, I thought that link went to the "warnc" forum that we have been using until a day after I read the post and actually looked at it. :)

I am excited that Midloo has moved into the area and you guys are rarin' to get everyone fired up! Sometimes that is the best kind of push.

The website is absolutely beautiful! I agree though, we shouldn't diffuse our growing community with too many seperate NC WFB sites. I do not have any answers/suggestions on that front (as far as what to do with multiple sites designed for the same purpose). You can always just let the people decide I suppose and do it like the VHS/Betamax wars of old :P

regardless of what website/s we use a year from now, I am glad to have more active WFB players in the area! :)
