The nature of this board is that of a response forum to what we have come to understand is a less than altruistic industry in the scam board arena with little regard for defamation laws.

Scamfraudalert is the subject of many legal cases that infer that the owners of the board are extorting money from posting bad publicy about legitimate companies.

While we beleive that some of the posts on scamfraudalert and related sites are genuinly highlighting neferious activities, we believe that the board owners are not being responsible when posting information that is hearsay or plainly incorrect, as requests from the removal of information is rarely done, even after approriate courts rule that it should be. This is something we find interesting to write about and will use this board to gather our research.

We ask that you kindly abide by the following rules:

1. No profanity or obscenities of any kind, even written back to front or disguised with asterisks etc.

2. Be nice to each other - no personal attacks on other users.

3. Defamatory, obscene, indecent, lewd, pornographic, violent, abusive, insulting, threatening and harassing comments are not tolerated.

4. Do not stray from the discussion topic.

5. The board is intended to be a professional look at the activities of these boards and while we appreciate all input we would prefer users to back up any of their posts with evidence. We do not wish to be another board that is accused of unsubstantiated staements.

6. Advertsing is a no no except for service that could help memebers, lawyers etc. We are not making any money from this board, nor do we intend to.

7. No third party copyright material should be posted. Use links instead of quotes from sources rather than copying the material. Please always use links to images so we all have the choice whether to see them or not.

If you believe there is copyright material, please inform us and we will remove it. We will not post personal information of any kind, unless it relates to Mr Henderson. We will remove this when the policy of posting personal information is removed from the boards run by Mr Henderson.

To ensure you and we are protected, the above rules are strictly enforced. Comments posted on the board may, at our discretion be removed, whether in breach of the standards or not, without further comment or notice to you.
