* Your Forum Username, * Your real name, * Your age, * (RadioDJ or Habbo Hotel forum Moderator application only) Your Habbo name, * The position you are applying for, * (Moderator Application only) The forum you would like to moderate, * (RadioDJ application only) The times you would prefer to broadcast, * Any and all experience relating to the position you are applying for, * Your reasons for wanting to become a staff member of SayHabboFM, * (GFXTeam application only) GFX you have done in the past (large images as links only please!), * (Co-Admin application only) How do we know we can trust you?
Please make sure you have provided all the required information or your application may be ignored.
Please make sure the staff position you would like to apply for is actually available (Available staff positions can be found on the forum homepage) - all applications for job positions that aren't available will be automatically denied.
If you are refused a job application - don't let this stop you from applying for a job opening at a later date.
