I am trying to decide where to cite this appropriately. I noticed multiple employees wearing aprons/meat coats out of food areas. They were going on break and to the restroom.

Are aprons Required to be worn in the kitchen? If not then how is that a violation any more than someone wearing their pants or shirt into the restroom and then going back to work in the kitchen? Now dragging raw meat or meat juice around the public areas or kitchen restroom is certainly questionable. |

I have used 2.2H and if they questioned it, I used the same logic as when they are required to wash their hands, 2.2C. Sort of a stretch, but it does fit.
