Seeing as there are many different types of powers out there you are not limited to just these. The Admin or Mods retain the right to reject any power you make up that is not on this list. Pming one of the staff members about a power that isn't on the list of available powers prior to creating your character would probably be a good idea and would save you the trouble of having to rethink your character.
**Psychics, dark witches, and Four Way hounds can all have any of these powers, for some more than one. Keep it reasonable.**
You may only choose one power for your psychic, unless otherwise discussed with a staff member. You can't have more than two powers for the other types.
Available Powers:
Telepathy: Advantage: To be able to hear the thoughts of those around you. and communicate through thoughts. Disadvantage: When the power is new it is difficult to control, sometimes resulting in the inability to turn it off. It can also cause the bearer bad headaches if too many people's thoughts are being heard simultaneously.
Clairvoyance: Advantage: To be able to locate someone anywhere in the world mentally. You can observe them like movies in your head. Disadvantage: Some may need pictures to locate the target and can also cause the bearer bad headaches. When the power is new you may accidentally use the power when thinking of someone.
Preminitions: Advantage: The ability to see glimpses of the future, usually visions of death or bad things to come. Disadvantage: When new the power is uncontrollable and the bearer will get random visions, the visions may also be unclear and vague giving almost no solid information at all. These are also very painful, giving serious migraines, almost unbearable, when they happen. (psychics who have this power will be pm'd be a staff member at random or on request with visions)
Telekinesis: Advantage: The ability to move objects with ones mind. Disadvantage: When the power is new it requires a lot of concentration and often times acts out when the bearer is under extreme stress. If not properly taught how to master it the power can remain unpredictable.
Pyrokinesis: Advantage: The ability to create and control fire. Disadvantage: When the power is new it can be unpredictable, normally acting up in cases of extreme anger or fear.
Electrokinesis: Advantage: The ability to create ad control electricity. Disadvantage: When the power is new it can be unpredictable, normally acting up in cases of extreme anger or fear.
Hydrokinesis: Advantage: The ability to create and control water. Disadvantage: When the power is new it requires a lot of concentration and often times acts out when the bearer is under extreme stress. To master it requires a certain amount of inner calm.
Shapeshifting: Advantage: The ability to consciously turn into something else, be it another human, animal, or object. Disadvantage: A hard skill to master and is difficult to control when one first has the power. Can go off in times of great anger or fear as that person’s flight or fight response.
Increased Strength: Advantage: Much stronger and more capable that the average person. Disadvantage: Usually don’t know your own strength. On would have a hard time being gentle with small things.
Increased Senses: Advantage: Can see, hear, and smell things that others cannot. Disadvantage: Easy to have an information overload. One can be taken out by easily by being bombarded with massive amount of stimuli.

Vampires: -Increased senses -Icreased Strength -Psychic vampires are usually telepathic, telekinetic, or clairvoyant -Fast healers
Werecreatures: -Increased strength -Increased agility and speed -Increased senses -Possibly shapeshifting, depending on the type -Fast healers
Demons: -Can posses humans or animals -Heightened awareness/senses -Telekinesis -Telepathy -Increased strength -Fast healers
Demi-Gods/Goddesses: -Can materialize objects at will -Fast healers -Usually are telepathic
Ghosts: -Can walk through walls -Can sometimes touch things but usually use telekinesis
Shapechangers: -Shapeshifting into animals or objects -Fast healers -Increased strength -Increased agility and speed -Increased senses
Skin Walkers: -Shapeshifting into other humans -Fast healers -Increased strength
