But this is your default skin that guests see, by looking at your skins you should set the BoHeGeHa skin to default since this gives a good first impression on your forum. On the IPB Enhanced skin the banner does not fit, make another one with the right width to go across the forum and change it in the Skins Images. The other skin which is your default is just a little dull and may affect members registering. Also change the Affiliates into a Marquee box - so you can fit more affiliates. The number of members is quite good, you have had about 30 members registered this month which is quite good. You have quite a lot of active members which have registered recently, some have 50+ posts already. There is still though quite a bit of people with 0 posts, bulk-email them and pm them to come back. Most people have not bookmarked you so they forget about the forum. I like the Add Bookmark button at the bottom of the forum, that helps quite a bit. I would try and get those members to come back, try and get them involved some how. You have a number of detailed posts, this shows that people don't just spam everywhere to get there post count up. It shows them they can get into a good chat, it makes guests register as it is a friendly forum. Keep working on trying to get them to write really good posts! The Moderating of the forum is good and so is the activity of the forum, just try and work on what I have said above. Also your forums names and descriptions are very nice, I would just think about re-ordering them =D I hope you enjoyed your review! It may seem small by looking at it, but its just the font!
