I'm very grateful you've been pulling that off, I'm about to jump into modding the game and see what's what. Thankfully the file names are set up to make this hell of alot easier to know what it is, then how the RE4 files were set up cool.gif

That is a enemy, this list was meant for Playable characters cool.gif

However, this will still be useful. I'm going to be turning this thread into a full blown "Ultimate ARC List" where anyone can contribute into what isn't already on the list, or any mistakes made.

Most or all the files in archive\image\event are related to cutscenes.

The evfpl##.arc files are the Chris and Sheva models for the cutscenes.
evfpl00.arc - Chris' default BSAA outfit
evfpl01.arc - Sheva's default BSAA outfit
The other files are of their alternate outfits

The ev###_##.arc files are probably specific for each cutscene. Most of them correspond neatly to the event ogg files in sound\bgm\oto\event so that might give a general idea which cutscene each file is for.

One small mistake there: ShebaCos2 is Clubbin' and ShebaCos1 is tribal outfit.

By the way, if anyone is able to find any of the following models that would be appreciated:
-Wesker with coat (6-3 bossfight)
-Wesker shirtless (6-3 cutscene)
-Birdlady (various cutscenes)
-Jill battlesuit (the version you see in the first part of 5-3 boss fight)
-Chris BSAA (the version you see in the flashback cutscene in 3-1)
