Recently i have been looking into ways of making the game more realistic...

already started on redoing the textures, so far i have had a big success.

Here is some previews of the new shaders i picked up online, they only work well with a high res version of the game.

Blurry textures dont have no affect with this.. also there is a sephia option so im trying to add blue to the game that strengthens in darker areas for my realistic night time affect.

whoever made this shader wants a big thanks its great... sharpens the textures perfectly if you get the settings and blurr just right which i need to do now haha

was going to upload pictures of my WIP so far but imageshack is being an ass.

release coming soon... i love the caves i have done, struggled for 2 days on them but the way it looks it was worth it... i think this patch is going to be good.

Will try get those pictures up but imagshack keeps loading the pictures in then fails at the end.
it's doing my head in so no more attempts today, screw it. :>

I haven't posted any progress for a while but i still been busy with it.
I have chapter 1 almost ready for a release but its quite a bit im MB so not sure when i can get it up on the internet.

I want to work on a few things i am unhappy with before i release it too... the level where you first meet the merchant looks awesome and the floor and rocks really make it look close to perfect.

The grave yard looks so eerie now too i really am happy with everything i am doing.
Im working on water beast level at the moment, its all mostly rocks and ground work apart from some wood textures and other stuff.

Stay tuned everyone im not sure weather i should put images up on here or videos.
The videos i need to convert for tube look better than screen shots...

anyway i need to go now i have to finish this level and maybe another level before bed time. :>

Been having issues so not done much but i want to share the village R101 file..

Should it be light cause some of my friends say it could be better if i lightened the textures...

Now i have not done all the textures yet and yeah im aware im missing the leaves at the side of the footpath, don't worry i have a fix for it just needs a little tweak before i add it... so any good or bad feedback will shape this patch to how you want the game to feel and look...

Been busy with some of the later levels in the game, the swamp area is far from finished but im having fun doing that part its my favorite part so far and looks great.. also been texturing some of the caves... damn i like how this patch will look when finished.. lol

will get a teaser up soon, sorry there is no images for the R101 file ive just uploaded, imageshack still won't let me upload multiple files but it lets me upload single files.... i might just register and then problems solved.. pah

Will finish the remaining textures, patch the R100 file and finish various missing bits on the farm and other ares and release an official next month...

I can't really find anything i could improve on, i mean i don't normally like my work i always think hey it could be better but i am quite pleased with how this is going...

Maybe up the brightness a tiny bit :-O but dont up it too much The only Issue I see with your mod is during the day it looks like really dark like dusk almost maybe early morning late in the afternoon just as the sun is about to go down. but bc the game takes place in the middle of the afternoon or early morning it might need more brightness. But I will not take back what I said This mod is epic and even if you don't up the brightness it Still Is sexy as hell. ;-) I mean I felt like I was Claire in the village killing zombies and shit late in the afternoon lol. I love it and thank you for shareing it with me :-) I will look forward to the release of this sexy sexy mod :-)

Will add HD and 30% boost on brightness and finish the remaining textures and re-release.
The ony level i have fully finished so far is the first encounter with the ogre... and the swamp is almost done but will add brightness to everything in the next few days..

At the moment im messing with the last level boss stage, its so hard to mod that bit i must admit there are going to be some challenging areas for me to work through and the last level boss area so far, i hate it lol... :>

EDT: im homeless next month so just thought i should say i might be taking a break from modding Re4 for a short time... depends how things go...

thanks guys but im ok, even if i have no where to go i have brains i can live in a tent again like i did 4 years ago... there is always a way out of a bad situation.

The rates on houses around here has gone up... my friend broke up with his girlfriend but he has a child living with him so his rates are ok on his 2 bedroom house... me i live alone so i get charged single rates in other words... can't afford to live here.

My mother gets out of hospital soon i hope so hopefully she will put me up till i can sort out somewhere to live.

The government are doing this to get people like me who is alone out of 2 bedroom properties and families moving into 2 bedroom properties.

Personally, i think they trying to get more money to cover the financial crisis that's still going on.
The rich get richer the poor get poorer, this is the world we live in.

They could have issued a court order to get lone people like myself out of 2 bedroom properties providing help for somewhere else to go but no. they just bang the rent too high and raise the rent on all properties slightly.

Sick of all the ignorance the government has towards my complaints.,.. sick of my friends not listening to what i say about it all.
They just say im mad and have to stop my government conspiracies before it causes a large prison sentance.

Recently been told im crazy and this has come from a bunch of bible followers believing in fairy tales and magic.

Noahs ark... yeah how big would an ark need to be to put 2 of every animal in, bare in mind the extra room needed for food and bedding etc... not forgetting how much staff is needed and the food and accomidation needed for all this...
The titanic is the only recorded largest sea vessel known to man and even that could not fit 2 of each animal and all the staff and food warehouses on it.

How long would it take to make an ark of such a scale and get all the resources and food ready for the big day... how much money would it cost.

would have been much more efficient to call on moses some mana and water parting skills.

So everyone close to me can believe in their fairy tales and call me crazy for what i believe...
Im quite happy with my common sense, modding.

Did you know most of my friends have tried converting me back to religion and i managed to convert a few away from religion and yet i still stand firm to my beliefs.

nay, trying to keep as close to the orgigonal as possible on this dude, i'll ask my girl if she can do a new har style for the women in the game though, shes a pro with hair and i think she made loads for another game already... shes due up soon so i'll see what we can do buddy.

i´ve never played final fantasy VII... everybody says is a great game... but to tell you the truth i can´t stand the old graphics... maybe if square remake the game...
