They say Gotham never sleeps. Of course, they say lots of things. Whether or not to believe something so trivial is up to you. However, some of us are of the opinion that you should be concerned with those of us who spend our lives without ever closing our eyes.

As if we can say this big rusted piece of metal actually ever worked correctly, now it's gone completely haywire. The clock chimes when it wants to, and the light inside is known to flicker on and off- though the confines of the tower are completely bare.

Do not feed the animals... whatever is left behind those rusted cages. PETA had a field day here about a year back, and the zoo never received the funds to replenish itself.

Bring us your dead. Despite the fact that it should be a memorial to those of us who have passed on, very little respect is actually practiced inside the gates. Graves are dug up constantly and the place is constantly littered with the homeless and their filthy drinking habits.

As much of a surprise as it is, this maximum security prison is very much still in order. All of Gotham's remaining goody two shoes have been stationed at the prison, since the main GCPD has been decommissioned.

This part of the city could be considered the most rural, though just as dank and dark as the rest of the beloved city. It also houses some of Gotham's former infamous citizens. Just be wary... wouldn't want to step on toes around those parts now, would we?
