Hi ladies! Wed. night was the reported final Pirate and Princess party ever. They say that special event parties, such as P&P, are low on attendance they they are not so sure to bring it back for another season. Some work friends and I decided to get together and attend this special evening, knowing we may never see it again. Of course, I dressed up as Jasmine! One warning, those costumes are ITCHY! I honestly don't get how many of the little girls can stand it, as I felt a little uncomfortable sometimes. However, when one is having fun - itchy really does not matter when you are riding Big Thunder Mountain Railroad two times in a row! My highlight of the evening was meeting Jasmine and Aladdin. I told Jasmine that she was quite the "fashionista" trend setter that I just HAD to copy her style of dress. In turn, she had believed Genie had mistakenly made a duplicate of her. I met Aladdin after he appeared in the Royal Gaurd Training Camp, dressed to the hilt in his Prince outfit. I told him that he was my favorite prince and I gave him a hug. Also in his line was this young guy dressed as the poor Aladdin, the old white pants and purple vest and red fez hat ... it was so neat to see the two of them together posing for a picture. It was cool so see a guy dressed as a "prince" rather than a pirate, as most guys were. Anyway, I had a great time and even had my picture in front of Cinderella's coach! I loved it and really do hope they renew the season.
