Princess Jessika walked in a slow pace through the corridors. She stopped as she passed one of the few bright areas in front of a window. She glanced down the rest of the dim hallway, the few blotches of light doing nothing to the dim corridor. She sighed, walking closer to the window that over looked the village below. She'd always felt that the huge hill was what separated her from the village, but she knew it was more than that. She lightly leaned against the window sill of the window, the cold stone pressing into her back, but not in a entirely uncomfortable way. She straitened her Lavender dress out before crossing her arms over her chest, the flowing arms sliding down to her elbows, though she didn't cross her arms in anger...more upset. Her bright blue eyes complemented her simple, yet elegant, and her hair that shone with the light from the window was pulled back just behind her ears. She absentmindedly ran a hand over the necklace framed in the sweetheart neckline. It had been a gift from her mother; She followed the ridges of the light rose colored heart. Leaning farther into the windows sill her dress rippled. Her eyes grew distant as she glanced at the village, once hand still resting against her chest, the other running it's fingers over the necklace again and again. The sunlight was reflecting softly off of her hair, but she didn't notice...we was lost in though, and didn't hear the foot steps come up behind her.
