To leave a reference, SEARCH the list of names to see if the person you have dealt with, has a topic already. If you see their name, great, goto that topic & make a reply. If not, post a new topic.
Each topic must be titled by the person's screen name ONLY. If you have another screen name from another board, you can seperate them with a slash like Tuxedo Mask/JoshRules4ever. If citizens would like to start their topic & post a bit about themselves, that would be great, but it is not a requirement. Each person will leave a post & state whether they have purchased from the person or if they sold something to the person. State whether they answered e-mails or questions regarding the items. Mention if they were fair or if they ripped you off. Please make sure to have atleast waited a month, before posting a bad remark about something. Please, NO SWEARING, as it shall be removed.
