History/Biography:
Haru used to live in Pallet Town, Kanto with his mother. As soon as he turned 10 years old he gave a visit to Pro. Oak for his new Pokemon. Haru wanted a Charmander. And that's what he got. But at that time no one knew about Shiny Pokemon yet. A few years later when Haru was 13, he got a call from Pro. Birch asking if he could head to Hoenn. Haru sailed off with his Pokemon. On board he was challenged by another trainer. After the battle, which he won, Charizard evolved. It was black though. Unusual. At Little Root Town, Pro. Birch did some research on Charizard and learned about Shiny Pokemon. While Haru was there, he decided to do a bit of training. At the age of 13 he became Kanto's champion. At the age of 16 he became Hoenn's champion. Now that the Sinnoh Region champion has left, Shouron allowed Haru to become the new champ.

Appearance:

Haru usually is seen with a blue hat, blue jacket, and grayish blue hair. At his home, however, he can be found having a black shirt and purple shoes.
