I love the Brian Potter workout live at the Phoenix Club (in Bolton just past Balti Towers)lol Working out with WD-40 haha! Maybe a little late in this review but I didn't think it was that great to be honest. It was Max's 3rd voice (what's all that about?) Max had a different voice for every series he starred in!

The only funny part in it was when Valerie whacked Max!

(sorry, but it should have been better!)

Haven't watched this in AGES... I need to watch this again at some point... and do it to keep fit. ahem --------------------

GAH - I didnt attempt it any other time I watched the DVD... it's much easier to sit back and laugh... I'm sure you can shed a few pounds if you laugh hard enough - and it's much more fun... Unless of course you actually have Peter & Paddy doing the training with you !!

I suggest watching it through first without attempting to do the exercises -- get as much of the laughter out of your system as possible.

If not, you're certain to do yourself an injury, and it won't be from bicep curls and that 'Cat' thing!!
