Only One Chat RPG, Interested?

Yes, I'll be holding a chat RP some time this month! =D Date and time are still unsure of, but I might be doing it next Friday night (US Time Zone). Let's say, 8 pm Eastern (GMT-5), and I'll post the link to the chatroom here. Or does anyone have any other suggestions?

Just to let you know, it's GMT+8 at my area, which will be a morning on Saturday. Sunday morning is not good for me.

What will be done in a chat RP, is that everyone should log on as their respective character. A plot will be come up on the spot, no matter how crazy it'll sound, just do it! Everyone can play a part in it. OoCs will be said in brackets. Rules will be explained to you whenever you need it.

The One One Chat RPG will be held every month.

Yes! I was raised as an RPer on the chats! I love doing those...It's how I formulated a lot of my RP's with Ran. I'll have to figure out the time zone and make sure I can make it, too.

What messenger will this be done on? AIM? MSN? Yahoo? Or will it be in an internet website room?

And also, if you have two or more characters, how are you supposed to do that. Different colors? Two SNs? Or just play one of them (which, of course, would probably be much easier). And who's decision is it on who you play? The person's, I would hope.

Are we going to try and get all of the characters in the same place? This could be a bit confusing. As far as rules go, will it be ordered? I know that it can get really confusing when you have twn people typing little bits and pieces, and personally I am a Para-RPer. With a bunch of little things, it gets VERY confusing (I've seen it). How are we going to keep order and everything going smoothly in a general direction?

How many RPs will be going on at once? Obviously, it won't be logical for some characters to be in certain places. Would it at least start in some very common open area and then funnel into something a bit more specific?

1. Internet website room, because not everybody have MSN/Yahoo/AIM. (e.g. I don't have AIM.)

2. You may play both on one user, maybe something like Heiji/Laraine. But if you ever prefer to play one character only, it's good if you use a canon character.

3. Depends on how the plot goes. You just RP like normal. Like I said, anything can happen, even Kid will fly into a flock of birds, fall into the sea, and be chased by a shark. Some rules on the board apply in the chatroom, but not all. This I will explain at the room. =) And the trick is to give chances. Everybody doesn't have to speak at the same time.

4. One game, and everyone can be involved no matter how specific it is. We don't care. Specific locations will not be used such as Mouri Detective Agency, Teitan High and etc. Plot twists are the trick!

All right, here's the problem. I can't make it tomorrow because of some school stuffs that I need to go to. >>'' That means the chat has to be postponed. I don't know when, because I might have other things coming up for the rest of the month on Saturdays, so either we postpone it to November, or we set up another time...Saturday? Is everyone free on Saturday night, same time? Maybe this Saturday, 7 pm Eastern? (Will be Sunday for me.) I won't be around at probably 8:45 pm already, so if 7 is fine with you all, we can do it on a Saturday.
