THE SETTING
The Doctor. Torchwood. UNIT. The human race. Journey’s End has just left Donna without her memory, and with one Harold Saxon suddenly Earth’s President-for-life. Although a few months have passed with no incident, the mysteriously returned Master has plans for the planet. Only three can remember the Year That Never Was, and with UNIT on Saxon’s side, how can the Children of Time stop him?
