I have never played a Metal Gear game, nor am I very interested, but if this comes to Wii-U, I guess that's a very good thing, right?
Though, I have no idea how big/small the chances for a Wii-U version is.

Hideo wanted Snake dead, so I'm assuming the decision to "revive" Snake and keep the series going is not his.
Plus Revengeance is not his game, he even said he's having very little impact on the development of that one.

Maybe it did end. Maybe 5 is like wedged in between two games in the series story-wise, who knows.
