That's true, Wisconsin is BRUTAL. We can only lay claim to perpetually mediocre weather but you guys get the real deal.

Actually no, it's been raining during the past week D:

It's kind of dreary today. But I slept through most of the day so it's good.

It's fairly sunny and windy today. Pretty normal weather.

Today it drizzled for less then half an hour and I was on the bus with some people from California or something and they were freaking out about how it was pouring.

It was very entertaining.

People from over here are too pampered with the weather. I remember hearing accounts of heat waves and how people fainted from it (or died, IIRC). The temperature rarely even reaches 100F here (most of what people here consider heat waves doesn't even reach that high), which is nothing in the PH.

Same here, it gets up to 65F and everyone freaks out.

I know, it's insane. But at the same time, some people will leave their dogs locked in their cars or something stupid because it's warm here so rarely.

PH doesn't even ever reach a temperature that low.

It has been averaging around 75-85 degrees for me.

I'd to anything to have morning weather like that. Anything but pollute the atmosphere, of course.

I've lived here for around 6 years now, but I never got used to Fahrenheit.

We Americans like to use the worst possible unit systems to piss off scientists. We don't like them.

Fahrenheit isn't a bad scale, I think it's far better suited for everyday use than Celsius. With Celsius your entire spectrum of day-to-day temperatures is only 30-40 degrees, while Fahrenheit ranges closer to 100 degrees. Easier to be more specific. Celsius is no doubt better for scientific measurements (unless it's one of those things where Kelvin works best).

Can't really defend most of the other stuff though? Well I prefer miles to kilometers but eh.

Conversion is definitely a pain!
Fahrenheit is a good measurement of temperature to me.

It is about 25-30 Celsius (77-86 F) right now, it has yet to get really really really hot.

Yeah I actually agree with that, but the mere fact that everyone else uses celsius is enough of a reason to use it.
