(when I get a 3DS) Me, guaranteed. I even have the Misadventures of Tron Bonne spinoff. I love the series too much.

Because I've played both games in the series and can say that it's not garbage? I dunno.

The main thing I hated about it was that the controls and wonky camera just does not work for this type of game, the clever platforming that defined Mega Man was gone, and the boss battles were meh at best. IMO it's third worst MM game I've played, beaten by only ZX Advent and X6.
I don't know, I only played the first one, but the second game was never released again, and I refuse to pay hundreds of dollars for it on Amazon.

Though I'd rather the puzzle game not be there, it feels so out of place compared to the other three. The dungeon-crawler was my favorite.
