"Sometimes the Internet can seem like a very negative place. Everyone gets bashed eventually. The moment you take it personally you've already lost. That negative feedback can just be coming from someone who's been having a bad day or they're just trying to get a rise out of you, or, in our case, they might be role-playing."

I can't agree more.

And the sad thing is, i can't help but taking things personally...

There's a time in a troll's life (5-20) when he thinks he has the right to flame people for fun just to get a rise out of someone....and then he finally grows up and realizes that no one thought it was funny and he hurt people who didn't know any better, and just completely embarrassed himself. Don't EVER take it personally, because in reality you're getting bullied by a 5 year-old in a 15 year-old's body who flames everyone else's opinion just because they don't agree with his. Don't make others change YOU. Be yourself, and your friends will eventually accept for who YOU are. The internet is full of dumb people - they just need to grow up, and I promise you they will.

I've never took anything negative online personally because nothing ever bothers me, someone says something to be an ass I say something worse back if we go back and forth with no one winning I just stop posting and it gets them really mad.

I know all you say is true, Eggy (and thank you), but i just can't help it. Everytime someone dissagrees with me, or jokes about me, or even plain-out bashes me, i feel like i've done something wrong. And for that, i get depressed and extremely negative.
I know the internet is full of a**holes, and that i shouldn't take anything really seriously, but, i simply can't help it. -.-

Thank you~

Oh no, it's very much the intent of most people on the internet to hurt people who didn't know better. That's the golden egg.

Haters are gonna' keep on hatin'.

@MoM, I know how you feel, since I went through the same garbage, and I can tell you from experience that you'll soon get over it; the memory may still stay, but the pain is gone.

I'm sorry about that, then... but thank you. ^^ I hope it will.

Thank you~<3
