Why are there more Mods and Admins than active members?

Because there just is, unless you help bring in some people.

Because we have a philosophy of extending responsibility to more people than less, and there isn't really anyone here who would use mod powers irresponsibly.

Also, we have very few members, so we don't really need to make much of a distinction.

Yeah you can tell us if you want to be a mod or you want to help or whatever but usually we just say "hey, that person has been here a while, lets make them a mod."
