Kind of. I do hope there's no more 'main dungeon' that you have to return to a million times just so you can get to the last boss at the end.

By the way, about the story. It has nothing to do with Wind Waker/ Phantom Hourglass Link. Spirit Tracks is set 100 years ahead of those two games.
