Title: Site changes abound!
DestinyGuy - May 9, 2010 06:39 AM (GMT)
Been a while since I updated, and there are a lot of obvious changes going on, as well as one not so obvious.
We who concern ourselves with the condition of the forum have busied ourselves trying to improve the site and make it more broadly accessible. We've changed our forum names to be more generic and straightforward, and are in the process of overhauling the site graphics. A lot of the stuff you see below the banner will likely change and shrink.
Another change: members with 3000+ posts are now capable of changing their own user titles (the text that appears below user's avatars)! The title field is in the "edit profile info" section of your control panel. So stick around long enough and you'll earn that privilege. Spamming, on the other hand, will earn you warnings, suspensions, and bans, so no funny business!
DG out!

So now pretty much all the mods can change their titles without having to ask permission from either me or you eh? Pen Fifteen would appreciate it. Will ad the bit about custom titles to the FAQ.

And we can do it with much more convenience. Though I do wish we could say "must have at least 1500 posts outside random" or something.
The posting contest this summer will be a good chance for you to spam with no repricussions and get close to this goal!

This summer will definitely be an epic time for N5. :P

Definately. I plan to host a party for something, too.

Every day is a party in N5!

A very lonely party though, seeing as how we're online at different times. I have been bumping into DG and PF a lot these days though.

That's because we have less of a life than anyone else here.
