[Tavii]

Where am I

Days like this would normally be cherished by most. It was cold and only a light snow fell. The ground was layered by a blanket of freash, white bliss. One could imagine young ones playing games that didn't have any rhyme or reason to them and mothers would keep a close eye for fear of a storm setting in. Perect weather for the season, but truth be told, some didn't enjoy it as much as others.

The almost mute sound of a drip of water was one of the few things that could be heard in this white plain. It most likely was a flourishing grassland during the spring and summer seasons. The land seemed to continue on without stop. Only the occasional bird would interupt it's path.

If you were to continue along the horizon line, a black spot would blemish it. Soon, you would see the spot take the form of a large wolven. From a distance, he seemed to be black in coloration, but as you approach, he took a more maroon sheen. White lined his underbelly. His back flaked with white, but this was no more than snow that had fallen onto him. Orbs as fresh as the falling snow searched the tundra before him.

Tavii stood still. This place was new and the fresh snow made scents hard to find. "What is this place" he wondered aloud. There was something that made his hackles stand on end in this place. Few thing made him do that these days. Void where blank of any expression as the snow fall slowly became thicker. Tavii could almost laugh at himself though. He used to be carefree and such weather would be an enojoyment, but now things were different.

[Ghost]

Talons pounded the snow as she paced in silence.Ice blue orbs gazing around with only sorrow surrounding her.A blue main coat with a silver under pelt.Limbs were painted black with stiches in them.Silver like circles on her auds and markings on her face that leads to her silver neck, chest, under belly, then crawled to her tassel.Bandages tied around the starting of her tassel, so that it would fall off.the blue main coat stops before the tip but a black arrow is at the blue's tip.Since this fea is dead her bones show out of this fea's pelt.Her left front talon is all bone with her lower spine showing.On the fea's left face there is a long peice of navy fur that covers her face.But behind that there is a long stich that roles down her face and her orb.

Auds back, pinned against her skull.A chain crescent moon necklace bounced on her chest as she slowly stepped in the snow.She was covered with the white tears from heaven, but Xyoni didn't care.A sorrowed arura circles her in as if a monster as traped her."Oh, why did I leave my home?"she poundered and paced on.Then she noticed a black brute in the snow, so she creeped close to see that he was maroon with white markings.A long sigh escaped from her fanged maw as she stoped geting close to the brute.

[Tavii]

As Tavii slowly came out of his thought trance, he noticed he had allowed another to get close to him. Once again, he could have laughed at himself. He could have possibly put himself in danger by thinking of past occurrences, a serious mistake on his part.

Glancing around, he took a look at the other. By scent, he already knew it was fea, but something was wrong. At first sight, he knew what it was. This femme looked as though she no longer belonged in the same world as the living. Appearance showing the signs as though some misfortune befallen her. He couldn't help but wonder, though it wasn't his place to ask questions.

Though not the best move on his part, Tavii sat back on his haunches, side now facing the new visitor. He had felt like resting, and since this wasn't his land, he had no right to be aggressive. White orbs kept their sights on the femme, he had trust problems with this gender. "Well, now, Greetings to thee." Tavii spoke sincerely, though there were some reservations in his voice.

[Ghost]

Xyoni noticed that he spoke to her."Hello.."the fea replied with her sad tone.Bones made this craking noises as the fea stoped in her tracks.Her ice blue orbs gazed into his as her ruffle of hair covered the left side of her face.Claws dug into the snow as her auds didn't seem to move.Xyoni let het tassel hung lifeless like as she wondered if he would reply.

The snow seemed to never stop in the froozen heavens.Gray sky covered what was unkown as the high seas.Xyoni didn't take her orbs off of him, since she didn't trust the brute.Things got darker as the light slowly slipped away, her orbs started to glow.

[Tavii]

Tavii noticed the voice of the other couldn't be mistaken as anything but downhearted. He had had his share of pains before, but he had made his peace. It seemed as though whatever pained this femme was not something that could as easily be thrown off, it was something that could follow a spirit even through death.

Seeing the light fade into the horizon, Tavii began to wonder how long he had been wandering out here. He quickly dispatched those thoughts. That was not the matter at hand. From the body language of the other, he could tell she felt the same as he, untrusting. Neither had a reason to trust, but he thought the fea could have a reason to attack. These lands were new to him. How was he to know if she hadn't claimed these lands and he overlooked the mark? Things hadn't been going his way lately.

Since she had answered his greeting, he doubted that she could have been that bad, so he decided to continue useless talk. It wasn't his normal action, but there was little else to do. " I am called Tavii. Do you wish to tell me your blessed calling?"

[Ghost]

"Taking hold, breaking in
The pressures on, need to circulate
Mesmerized and taken in
Moving slow, so it resonates
It's time to rest, not to sleep away
My thoughts alone, try to complicate
I'll do my best, to seek you out
And be myself, not impersonate"

Xyoni's skull was low as well as her thoughts.She could only really hear the ring in her faded skull.It was a song she heard some sea creatures sing from the unknown parts of the world.The fea was nosey at that time as well as a pup.She has learned it as well as learned how to sing but this was just in her mind.

"Tried so hard to not walk away
And when things didn't go my way
I'll still carry on and on just the same"

She sang in her mind but nothing showen that she was singing.As the words captured her soul as she studied him, wondering if it could give her any clues to tell his past.Xyoni didn't notice them, if he had any.The fea sat down knowing that he couldn't hurt her even if he tried.Wondering if he could read her thoughts in hoping he would be kind and caring.Though be the silences she knew that it might be hard to get this going.

"

"Nice to meet you, Tavii."she answered him then waited for a few moments to answer once again."My name is Xyoni."the fea added and tried to smile but it just didn't seem to work.

[Tavii]

Little by little, it seemed as though the fea was getting more comfortable around him. As she sat down, a smile would have graced his maw if he hadn't held it back. Even though he tried not to create problems and bring others down, he still knew that all greetings would end in good-bye sooner or later. That word scars him. The thought of getting to know one, then having to let them go was harder than any task he has had to face before.

"Xyoni huh, lovely." Though broken and hard to make out, the smile she gave was a relief from the normal routine. He too though of giving a reassuring grin, but it had been so long since that expression had been used, he knew it would have probably turned out the same. Auds swiveled this way and that, making sure that there were no more surprise visitors. "So, what is one like you doing alone out here?" Tavii questioned, though he doubted he would get much of an answer. He hadn't given her a reason to reply.

[Keoko]

Keoko paced the back of the woods as she looked around for some dinner. She was quite hungry, the the climate outside wasn't helping either. Since the cold came in, the humidity in the ice was making her rust slowly. Her thick metal legs brought her to the forest area in search off food. The snow covered the land in thick clumps, making it hard for the metal Keoko to tred through without sinking deep in it. On her back laid a blue material bag, which made her realize that she wasn't all metal, only her limbs were. Keoko gazed from inside a bush, crawling underneath if for cover. Even her black orbs were hidden in the saftey of the snow covered bush, and sighed as she watched the two without wanting to come out any time soon. Her hind legs curled up next to her cold body as she watched to see what would happen between the two. Her auds pointed straight up so that she could hear every word that they spoke. Keoko wanted to know who they were without actually asking them the question.

[Ghost]

"I'm going in, so cover me
Your compass will, help me turn the page
The laughing stock, I'll never be
Because I won't let them take me"

The words still repeated in her skull.She hope that he wouldn't be the type that gets our hopes up and crush them to the darkness of pain.The fea was lived with family like that most of her life, even though it was one huge lie, and was tried of it.Her mother and father betraied for their selfish ways, thinking she was nothing to them.Until Xyoni disappeared forever in their world.

"Took awhile to see all the love that's around me
Through the highs and lows there's a truth that I've known
And it's You"

Xyoni didn't answer him, even though she would like to."Does he really think my name is lovely?Or is just that I gave him my name.Oh, how I wish I knew..."she poundered.Her orbs caught that he was grining as well.So, maybe this wouldn't end so soon."Oh..I was just..-"Xyoni told him but didn't finish."Just searching..for someone..not just anyone..A someone, someone."she added hoping that he would get what she was trying to say.The fea was searching for a friend or more than that.

[Tavii]

" I see." He replied simply. She wasn't alone after all, or so he thought. It was hard to find anyone to trust these days, so anyone who had someone that they gave the title "friend" had accomplished a great feat that few could complete in a lifetime. Though it still seemed odd that she had been traveling alone, had he not been doing the same for many season? Auds still searching for the slightest movent other than his and Xyoni's, he always kept his voids straight ahead.

"I guess we have...erm, similar goals" He added. He didn't have any idea of what he was looking for. Whatever it was that was driving him forward had brought him here and he didn't know how far it would take him. Tavii only knew he would follow it because without the urge to go on, what would keep him from giving it all up.

[Ghost]

"Someone who would never be there.."she whispered to herself.Her orbs crawled down some as she stepped though her thoughts.It was only a moment, but always good to retace the past to define yourself now.As her thoughts slowly slipped away into the back of her head, she gazed back at him again."You are searching for someone too?"Xyoni questioned him with a shy voice.Her tassel curled over her talons as the bones rattles like the chains and shackles.

Xyoni gazed around to see if there was something around them, which the scent of rust appeared in the cold air."I guess we aren't alone.."she thought then turned back to Tavii.She would sniff the air every so offten and make sure what ever was around them wasn't getting too close.

[Tavii]

Trying to catch her words, Tavii turned all his attention to Xyoni for a moment. It seemed like she was in thought, so he left her be for as long as she needed. It wasn't a long wait though, she was soon back to the present and speaking. He had expected a question like this to arise. To this question, there really was no answer, only more questions behind it. " To tell you the truth I really have no idea what it is I search for." He had answered the best he could without having to retrace this steps and return to the days he had tried to forget.

Xyoni seemed to be looking for something as she gazed around. A strange scent mixed with the darkness and snow. The scent was muddled, but showed that they where not alone. Tavii had no intentions of trying to have whatever was out there show itself. There were no worries in his mind. If the other wished to come out, let it. There was nothing he would do to prevent or persuade it.

[Ghost]

"Well when you figure out what it is.Maybe I can help you."Xyoni told him.She wondered what he would be searching for, if he ever does.Her mind carried on to something else, like what he liked and hated."I was just wondering..If you could tell me what you like and dislike, Tavii."Xyoni questioned him shily.Her voice was soft and quiet, but it was aloud enough to hear it.So far he seemed to be kind, so Xyoni wanted to see if she was right or not.

The snow still fell gentaly and silently in the valley.It was night time so everything still seems silent without the owls and bats swooping in the air.The fea shook her blue coat, so that the snow would get out of her bones.She started to get cold with the froozen water crawling in her body.So, Xyoni started to shiver and it was kinda noticable.

[Tavii]

The question took Tavii by surprise. It wasn't something he was used to being asked, but wasn't that hard to answer, though he did have to think for a moment. What were the things he truly liked and hated. "I would have to say I like, well pretty much anything. Nothing that I really hate except..." He paused. What was he saying? There were many things he hated, or at least he thought he did. He sighed and continued. "Nothing except maybe what has become past." He finished with a downward glance.

Now as the darkness fully closed in around them, Tavii shook himself. It was natural instinct to know that once the night caught you, cold would set in quickly in this kind of weather. His coat was doing it's best to keep him dry, but as he looked at Xyoni, he could tell the cold had set in much quicker. "Maybe we should find you somewhere warmer?" He questioned, but his voice also had a concerned tone that really wouldn't take no.

[Ghost]

His answer didn't answer what she was looking for.So she really couldn't really with much until he told her the last part."Your past, it must have been teribble."she replied witha sigh following it."I had a troubled past as well.."Xyoni added then her bones shook, so it would have been easy to tell what happened to her.Even though their past is different, she still feels the pain from it, so Xyoni would know what it would feel like.

The fea heard his concern in his voice, so she only had one answer."If there isn't trouble for you."Xyoni answered him then raised to her talons.The bones cracked as her talons started to freeze abit.Since she was dead, her body doesn't give off heat and it was easy for her to get frost bite or her figure started to freeze.Ice blue orbs searched around to see if there was a cave or something.
