Download or Buy?

I Like to Buy my Manga and Anime. So I can watch it whenever I want. Plus I like having my manga in book form thats always nice to take it anywhere n stuff. I download Mangas that are not in stores. thats about it though.

Hmph. I'd rather buy the anime and mangas then download. There is more of a self pride thing going on here for me. Besides, as Fuu-chan stated. I can watch/read them whenever I see fit. Also, I like to buy for the satisfaction of knowing I have a wonderful collection at hand.

i generally download mangas that aren't available in manga stores here,
and buy mangas that i really really love ^___,^
and that's why i'm really greatful to manga hosting sites like yours.. thank you so much for making mangas available to those who have no access to them.

well i usually buy the one i really like when i've already watch the downloaded one. either it is manga or anime. so yeah.. i'll go to download 'em first then buy it

Well, I buy ALL my mangas, downloading them...well...has never appealed to me. I like that fresh book smells you get when you open the pages, however, there are downsides to buying them. One, I tend to spend money that I plan to save...I can never stick to my budget when I go shopping for mangas. Two, the store's here are of very poor quality so they don't have a very good manga selection and I have to go downtown just to find a store that carries a substantional amount of them, but my parents are only willing to take me once in a blue-moon, also here, they NEVER release mangas on the days that they're suppose to be released. ><

As for anime, well, here, it's like REALLY expensive to buy the dvds, not only that, but most anime I desire to see hasn't been dubbed yet, so, I download it, though my comp crashed a lot from downloading anime, so now I watch all my anime on youtube, and if I can't find it there, then I wait until it comes out, or I have the money to buy it. I really don't watch an anime more than once, unless I wait like a year before watching it again, and I only re-watch the ones I really love. So, I'm fifty fifty when it comes to anime. I do try to buy it as often as I can, but sometimes ends just don't meet up, and so, I go to youtube.

I would rather buy my manga, but lately I've been downloading some of the ones i've started [ex: fruits basket and vampire knights] just because I'm too impatient to wait for them to come out [i mean, Vampire Knights vol 1 from Shojo Beat won't come out till Jan 07. . . and I don't wanna buy the magazine T-T], but even so, when I download my manga, I usually buy it later, and if it's not in stores in America, I get an untranslated version from an online store. ._. I must be. . . Otaku XD


And about the Anime, I usually just stick to the manga. . . or youtube watch it XD

I alway buy my anime I almost never download it only if it not out here yet or I can't get the Hong Kong sets.

Yeah, I download Manga that isn't found in stores and stuff. Otherwise I'm always buying the manga books cuz i love to flip through them n se the pretty art. xD n take them everywhere.

i love to read manga, at least the few ones i had.
and well, sometimes there is manga that is not on sale, and well... its good to download it
if its licensed, well io buy it!!, but sometimes they are too slow to bring the new volumes, and we are like qhat will happen next so we try to find it on-line, just to know, and its not bad!!, after read it on internet or on-line, i buy it when its on sale!!, its really a good idea, because i know how dificult its to make one, and also to translate it!!, so i buy it, like some pages say MANGA DONT GROW UP ON TREES, YOU HAVE TO BUY IT!!, so i make that.
its not bad read it and download it if you still buy it
