Personality: Rentaro is a kind young lad, but isn't really a person that is good at making friends. He never really seems to smile, and never wants to bother anyone. Although, because of his kind and gentle nature, Rentaro is often picked on by those who think they can control his life. Rentaro also has great potential for being a duelist, but never really shows it.

Appearance Traits: Strangely, Rentaro was born with a strange birthmark, in the shape of a small Anhk, on his right arm. The Anhk is a light brown coloring, and almost blends in with his skin tone.
Clothing/Accessories: Rentaro wears a white long-sleeved shirt, underneath a dark blue sweater. Dark grey pants are also worn, alongside black athletic shoes. His clothes are only somewhat baggy, and around his neck is a silver pendant that he recieved from his mother.
Eyes: A deep, dark, red coloring. Nothing special about them, except for the color.
Hair: Rentaro's hair is red, short and spiked up in a messy fashion.

Character History: Rentaro was born to a loving and caring family, in the afternoon, on September 8th. While he was just a baby, he cried and fussed just like any other infant would, and was always reassured by his caring mother. Rentaro, as he grew, became quite the young lad, and was always polite to others, even when they weren't polite back. Growing up, his loving parents were later lost due to a fateful plane crash, and he was never the same again. But, before his mother passed away, she gave him a small chained silver-pendant, that now he wears around his neck to remember her.

At the time of the fateful accident, Rentaro was young, and he was later placed into a foster-home. He was unsure now of what was going to happen to him, and became saddened. The foster-home was indeed a decent home, but Rentaro was never really happy their. The people he lived with now had quite the amount of money in their possession, and they did what ever they could for the boy to make him happy. In response to their kindness, he tried to show that he was greatful to them by atleast giving them a "half-smile."

One day, his foster parents introduced him to the world of Duel Monsters, and ever since then, he has been hooked on them. But even though Rentaro had a passion for the game, he couldn't quite get the hang of everything at that moment in time, and has worked in secret to profect his Dueling skills.

Other Information: Rentaro has yet to master any form of dueling, and is currently in the lower ranking Slifer Red dormatory.
