So looking through some threads I've noticed people like using my teams as random events in people's stories, especially Yang members.

Now one thing I notice is this:






Here's the original Yin and Yang design story from the plot forum;

Though a lot will remain in the shadows; a general idea so that you all know what the teams are like, and what they are like to the public eye


Yang: Most yang members are poor and neglected, bums, drifters, orphans and those that originate from the ghetto; in general, if you're a Yang, you've had a tough life, or are experiencing one;

The Yang amongst their supportors are the self proclaimed legacy of Robin Hood; they feel that the world is a cruel and unfair place and that it's riches are being kept to the same people, leaving the poor in a vicious circle, which could eventualy lead to the end of humanity, as society would crumble the moment the less fortunate do.

Due to this quite a few Yang members will take pity on poor trainers, and refrain from doing harm to those that they want to help in the first place, on the other hand; Yang's bad name is there for a reason; they take no pity on anyone with riches, and will do anything to obtain money from them, and it's questionable if every single Yang that's being criminal, simply does it for the good of the organisation.


The Yin members are at the other hand of the spectrum, they're elitist, arrogant, often succesfull in every single way, and nearly all of them see their team more as a "status symbol" than something that is required; in this, the Yin team has far fewer "real " members, and quite a few of the team members are more than likely hired goons, instead of actual members of the team;

the few members of Yin that do believe in a higher goal created the team as they believed humanity was growing weak, and that survival of the fittest no longer applied, any useless annoyance could get rich these days, and in that those truely deserving of the earth's treasures would have to hand over their throne;

being as elitist as the are, it is not a suprise that the core yin members are those gifted in every way, intelligent, handsom, rich and charming; there is no place for flaws in perfection, and every Yin agrees on that,

Yins that ventue amongst common peasants see anything as entertaining or entertainment, and unlike the yang they don't battle for purpose or goals, but simply to pass time; if you ever see a Yin member rob a place, or break into a building, you can bet money on it that he or she is just terribly bored;

The exception obviously goes for the goons, who can be recognised by the lack of expensive suits, and often the fact that they wear face masks,

as expected, the goons are paid to do the dirty jobs, as real Yin members tend to prefer having a clean sheet; if there really -is- a need for money, why not send out some brats you hired, instead of getting in trouble with law yourself?

Now one thing people like to do is to have Yang members attack people and steal their stuff just for the sake of it, even obviously poor kids;

this does not fit mentallity.

sure, you're free to do this, but keep in mind that any person who refers to themself as a Yang member who pulls this stuff, is just a poser trying to justify his criminal behaviour and cover his identity.

there aren't high ranked Yang members who just do this, unless they're corrupt snakes.

Another notice is, there's been word of a 3rd team having set foot in Midamis, it's only been news in the bigger towns, so the places we're currently at aren't fully informed yet. . who knows who they are and what they're up to.
