Welcome to Magic School

After the time of the Charmed Ones came to an end, and they were allowed to lead normal lives, Magic School was still struggling to stay open. It eventually shut down and fell abandoned, until Ethan Halliwell, son of Phoebe Halliwell, took it upon himself to re-open it. Unfortunately, the school began to struggle until his sister, Peyton Halliwell, assisted him in running the school.

Brief Overall History:
Jacey is the second and youngest child of Joseph Taylor and Priscilla Anderson, born 17 tears ago. He has a sister named Jessica who is 4 years older. He was born and raised in California by his mother after Joseph abandoned them when he turned 10. When his mother remarried 5 years later to a close family friend, this act totally alienated Jacey. He ran away from home at the tender age of 15, then realized he needed more experience to make it out in the world and came back home with his tail between his legs. The fact that Jacey was born a witch still blows his mind to this very day. When he was younger, he was the kind of witch that would try and use his power, anytime, anywhere, if the circumstances allowed it, no matter what the consequence. It is uncertain if Jacey has ever changed his attitude about his power and his heritage, since he still sees the world and magic as one big playing field.
