The following rules and regulations are in place for a reason. If any rules are broken, the student who breaks a rule will be notified of a disciplinary action ranging from a warning to banishment. Additionally, rules and regulations are subject to change.

The rules for this site are subject to change and are as follows:

1) No one may use a name that contains Halliwell, unless otherwise approved by the Headmistress. By the same token, only members with the Headmistress' approval may claim to be related to the Halliwell witches.

2) There will be no self-harming ((i.e. killing, suicide, etc.)). Additionally, any claims of Demon attacks within a classroom or within Halliwell Manor will result in disciplinary action.

3) Absolutely no God-Moding. In addition, do not RP for someone else.

4) User's are entitled to have as many accounts as they choose.

5) Staff must update their board's regularly.

6) Student's are encouraged to create character plots, however, they must attend their power class.

7) Signatures, avatars, and comments shall not contain violent and/or offensive language. In addition to that, signatures, avatars and comments shall not have nudity, sexual innuendos, or pornographic references. Please make sure your signatures are not overly large. The Administration will judge what is appropriate.

8) Do not give out personal information, such as phone numbers, addresses, or real names. Use only alias information. Profiles should contain only information you are comfortable sharing, however, do not put the above mentioned things in your profile.

9) NO SPAMMING!

10) ALL students start off as Whitelighters, Witches, Shamans, or Soothsayers. ONLY STAFF may request another position.

11) Passwords are in place for a reason. Do not share passwords.

12) Please sign up using an alias, not a screen name. For example, sign up as John Doe, as opposed to unknown_guy11. ((this is an RPG after all, and I don't know anyone who has a number in their name, or an underscrore)).

13) Please start off with only one power. When the show began, Piper could only freeze things, Phoebe could only have premonitions and Prue could only use her telekinesis. Over time, you can add powers, just make sure they are related.

There will be a three strike policy in place. If you are found to have violated any rules, you will face a judicial committee containing an administrator, a faculty member, and a peer.
