I can't get my avatar or banner from Salvation to here; help please.

For images, it uses the [img] tags instead of [simg]. At least, I'm guessing that's the problem you're facing. The avatar problem should be solvable as well.

I know about the Img code but it always says: "Sorry, dynamic pages in the [IMG] tags are not allowed "

A quick check on google:

"IPB does not allow images to be grabbed dynamically rather than directly.

Good - - - www.nowhere.com/image.jpg

Bad - - - www.nowhere.com/index.aspx?image=image"

Are you putting the direct image location in the [IMG] tags?

e.g for my sig I had to put:

http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c265/RED_NED/Sig.jpg

With [IMG] tags obviously.

yeah, its cos your link isnt direct to the img, Ive hosted it, try putting your link location as:
