oooh!

firstly, if you cant do heavy weights, then maybe rethink your diet temporarily otherwise you wont burning the calories and will put on fat instead of muscle.

secondly, this accident may provide you with an ideal opportunity o to a period of high rep/low weight to counteract the high weight/low reps you havebeen doing. Its essential to switch this up every now and then anyway so there you go!!!

Fo biceps and back simultaneously, try getting a chin bar (under £10 from Argos if you're in the UK) - it secures to a door frame and lets you do chin ups at home.

take care

cheers dude! i did some lightweight reps push ups pull ups chin ups.........i already have a chin up bar, i can do about 40 now......maybe i am strong or maybe i am light........either way i think thats pretty good.......i also used it as a rest period i started this about 7 months ago and have been going at it 5 days a week for an hour and a half pretty much non-stop (the odd one day off here and there) and i think the rest has done me real good......i have grown alot in these few days of light exercise, and i can really see definition.......its great, i can see the hard work is paying off now so it has had a really good knock on effect cause i am now motivated to carry on and achieving what i set out to........also i have put on about half a stone since revising my diet 6 weeks ago!! yay me! 10 stone now only another stone to go and i have 10 weeks!! saber.gif
