A great nutrition website is one called Fit Day. It lets you input your diet and analyses your carb, protien and fat intake which can be very important when training. If anyone wants to post their diets or would like to discuss various forms of inprovment then please post! Cheers |

I went off it at the weekend as I didn't have any high protien pasta and instead had rice with lean chicken and veg which wasn't as much as I didn't eat much fruit either.
Going to work on some stuff tonight though, got to get re stretched as I'm getting a bit inflexable and need to get my roundhouses faster. But I get paid on Thursday so I'm going to Holland & Barratt and getting Ripsore 8x8 on it! Cheers |
