i tend to get pretty worked up after a work out and even more so after sparing........obviously keeping control and thinking about your moves and holds is important and not to sound like a vulcan emotions cloud judgement and can result in people getting hurt..........but i meditate after ever session.........its really good for relaxing plus i have pretty stressful days at work.........so streching and warming up is a nightmare..........so i really need to unwind before begining and afterwards.......otherwise i guess your doing more harm then good. Plus i guess there is an element of pride to my work outs........maybe monkey can agree here but there is a really nasty stigma attached to my religion , one where most people think we are all goths and bearded weirdo's..........i wanna break that mold......i where a suit to work i am smart and stylish (i think) and looking good is something which is helping to break that mold. so i guess i never really thought about it before but yeah spirituality does play a role.
