I was thinking something like the following might come in handy for the site.

This is based off of approved characters and I'm not entirely positive I got everything correct - plus it could probably stand to have a few more categories added.

I wanted to put everything in tables and or drop down lists but, alas, the code was not supported.

I like the gender/affiliation/sexual preference/species one. But the others I could do without. Whats everyone else think?

Personally, I don't think anything beyond the main four are particularly important...but if someone's wanting to make a distinct character, it doesn't necessarily hurt to have the extra info.

I think those four would certainly be the easiest to keep track of. The problem is how to keep it up to date. Maybe something like this would help
